1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the HÉLIO MARIN Estate website, published by GROUPE INGEPRIM (see Legal notice). By browsing the website, you accept these terms.

2. Access

The website is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. GROUPE INGEPRIM endeavours to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; the website may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, without giving rise to any compensation.

3. Nature of the information

The website presents the HÉLIO MARIN Estate and its residences HELIO, LE PARC and LES SUITES DU DOMAINE. Its content is provided for information only:

• prices, floor areas, layouts, specifications and availability may change without notice;
• the Estate’s services (restaurant, spa, fitness centre, medical practice, concierge…) are presented as planned at the date of publication and may be run by third-party operators under their own terms;
• LES SUITES DU DOMAINE is available to rent only; its terms are provided on request.

The website is neither an offer to sell or let nor a contractual document. Any purchase is made through a reservation contract followed by an off-plan sale deed (VEFA) signed before a French notary; only these documents are binding on SCCV HELIO MARIN, the developer of the programme.

4. Contact forms

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the forms for unlawful, abusive or advertising purposes. The processing of the data you send is described in our Privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The website’s content (text, images, perspectives, logos, brands) belongs to GROUPE INGEPRIM or to its authors and is protected. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites (Ingeprim, WhatsApp, CNIL…). GROUPE INGEPRIM has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

GROUPE INGEPRIM takes the greatest care over the information published but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or unavailability of the website, nor for damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party. Users should check any information with the sales team before making a decision.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
